Deal sees Westleigh on the Edge
Westleigh Developments has begun work on the first premises at its Edge West Office Park in Lincoln after a deal worth approximately £1.3m was agreed with Sadeh Lok Housing Group. The project will see a 10,000 sq ft bespoke building constructed at the 54,000 sq ft scheme on Ruston Way. Construction is expected to take approximately ten months and once complete will be the new headquarters for children’s services charity Children’s Links, which became part of the Sadeh Lok Housing Group in April 2009.
