NEC Group in MPM takeaway
The NEC Group in Birmingham has acquired a 35 per cent minority stake in Shrewsbury-based MPM Catering, a mobile catering business. NEC board members Sally Davis (managing director of group catering) and Keith Marriott (group general counsel) have become board members of MPM.
