Stoford and St Mods look to Nottingham
Birmingham developers Stoford and St Modwen are both looking at sites in Nottingham, Insider has learned. Representatives from Invest in Nottingham are in talks with both developers, which are looking at potential sites in the city. A spokeperson for Invest in Nottingham said: "A delegation from Invest in Nottingham showed Stoford around potential development sites in the city some months ago, and it is rumoured that the company may already have partnered up with other interested parties to buy up land in Nottingham.”
