Yorkshire supports rail company
Yorkshire Bank Financial Solutions in Derby has backed rail company Aspin Group, which has one of its main offices near the city. Aspin is using the money to expand its plant business after doubling turnover in the last three years. The company, which has its Midlands operation in Nunn Brook Road, Huthwaite, operates primarily in the rail industry, offering a wide range of services including piling and foundation works for signalling, cabling, gantries and platforms on the nation’s railways. Steve Lee, the company’s financial director, said: “We have grown from £5m three years ago and our business plan is to get to £20m in the next three years.”
