New Coventry health centre contract awarded
Construction group Galliford Try has won a £22m contract to build a new health centre in Coventry as part of its LIFT framework partnering agreement with Coventry Care Partnership. Galliford will demolish the existing health centre to make way for the new five-storey building, which will include GP practices, a walk-in health centre and a pharmacy. The facility, which will be rated BREEAM “Excellent”, is due to be completed by November 2011.
