Innes England tastes success at H2O
Property consultancy Innes England has secured two lettings at Highbridge Properties’ H2O Business Park in Nottingham. Innovation Wealth Management has taken a ten-year lease on a 1,650 sq ft unit and will have offices at first-floor level. The premises will be jointly occupied by a Café2U franchise located on the ground floor. Innes England believes the latest lettings highlight the ongoing attraction of the Sherwood Park scheme. Nattrass Giles is joint letting agent for the park.
