Cannock Shopping Centre on the up
GVA Grimley has advised on a string of lettings at Cannock Shopping Centre since being appointed as LPA receiver and agent for the scheme at the beginning of the year. A mix of independent and multiple retailers have signed up for units, totalling nearly 10,000 sq ft. The new occupiers include rent-to-own retailer Brighthouse, which has combined three units on Market Hall Street to create a larger store; Textiles Direct, the national bedding, curtains and household textile retailer; Little Italy menswear, which has another outlet in Dudley; Kiss & Make-Up cosmetics and barber Hair Edz.
