Prime time for Alphamed
Coventry and Solihull accountancy firm Prime has advised on the £3.5m acquisition of a London medtech company by an offshore buyer. Prime provided financial due diligence advice and support to medtech firm Alphamed, which has been bought by SC Healthcare representing offshore company the Healthcare Fund. Alphamed provides home delivery of stoma-care services and continence products.
