Centrick makes Commercial Street move
Three former West Midlands students, who are managing a client property portfolio worth more than £200m, have moved their property empire, Centrick Property, into Commercial Street, Birmingham. The trio – Carina Hill, Shand Bland and James Ackrill whose entrepreneur father, Rod Ackrill, was president of the Birmingham Chamber of Commerce – have received major instructions on apartments and commercial buildings across five counties – Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Warwickshire, Oxfordshire and the West Midlands. Hill said: “We intend to continue growing the business as well as branching into other areas as our stock in trade increases.”
