ISIS backs Surgi C
ISIS Equity Partners, investing funds from the Baronsmead VCTs, has completed a £3.75m replacement capital transaction in Surgi C, the distributor of spinal implants. Based in Birmingham, the business was originally incorporated in February 2007, following the acquisition of the distribution business of Surgicraft by the current managing director, Peter Dines, who will continue in his role as the major shareholder and MD.
