Gallagher linked to £118m sale
Gallagher Developments is understood to be in talks with JP Morgan Asset Management over the sale of its Junction 9 retail park in Wednesbury. A figure of £118m has been suggested. Reports in the property trade press say Gallagher has decided to take advantage of the high prices being paid for retail parks at present because of a lack of supply. The 200,000 sq ft Junction 9 was put for sale in February with agents Cushman & Wakefield and Montagu Evans instructed.
