Judges gets Lloyds TSB verdict
Lloyds TSB Corporate Markets in Birmingham has agreed a £1m deal with Sussex-based Judges Scientific to enable its wholly-owned subsidiary, Fire Testing Technology, to acquire Surrey’s Sircal Instruments (UK). AIM-listed Judges Scientific is the parent company of a group that specialises in the design and manufacture of scientific instruments and Sircal Instruments (UK) is a world leader in the manufacture of rare gas purifiers for use in metal analysis. Murray Stewart, relationship director at Lloyds TSB, said “The (Judges) management team has a very clear vision for the future of the business and we were pleased to support the acquisition of Sircal.”
