Innovise picks out Identifile
Brierley Hill IT solutions provider Innovise has bought Hertfordshire company Identifile Systems, which designs and supplies identity card systems and tracking and control software. Identifile was formed in 1992 and has an annual turnover of approximately £550,000, making a small operating loss. Mike Taylor, chief executive of Innovise, said: “Identifile’s software solutions are advanced, cost-effective and highly flexible, and will fit neatly into our existing sales activity within the workforce management and security marketplace.”
