IPP Group consolidates at Centre 38
International Piping Products (IPP Group) has chosen St Modwen’s Centre 38 scheme in Barton as its European base. The company paid £1.75m for the 35,278 sq ft light industrial unit. The move has brought together two teams previously based in Staffordshire and Derby. IPP Group now has a 50-strong workforce based at Centre 38.
