Park Row offices up for grabs
The only vacant Grade A office space in the centre of Nottingham has come on to the market, through King Sturge, following Nottingham Trent University’s decision to move its business school to its own campus. King Sturge associate James Keeton said of the 26,331 sq ft building: “It’s a location that ticks all the boxes for sustainability, as it is within walking distance of the train station, adjacent to Maid Marian Way, and on the city centre and Nottingham Express Transit route.”
