HCA exceeds West Mids targets
The Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) invested £415m in the West Midlands between 2009 and 2010 and expects to report an exceptional performance for new housing and regeneration, its regional director for the West Midlands, Paul Spooner, has said. An early assessment of year-end figures shows that despite continued tough operating conditions, the HCA has met and exceeded its annual targets for 2009 to 2010. The results will now be audited and formally reported in the HCA’s annual report in July.
