Learn Direct takes 25,000 sq ft at Colton Square
Learn Direct has taken 25,000 sq ft at Goodman’s Colton Square development in Leicester, Insider has learned. The news comes on the back of the recent Budget announcement that more government departments are looking to move out of London – a signal that has put the region’s inward investment teams on high alert.
