Euro motors into Birch Coppice
Euro Car Parts is to relocate its national distribution hub to IM Properties’ Birch Coppice Business Park at Junction 10 of the M42 near Tamworth. It has taken a 256,000 sq ft speculatively-built distribution unit. Euro Car Parts profits last year almost trebled to £17m on sales up 29 per cent to £186m. The new Birch Coppice distribution centre will take Euro Car Parts’ national distribution function from the company’s HQ complex in Wembley. Colliers CRE’s Birmingham office acted for Euro Car Parts and confirmed the rental deal of around £5.50 per sq ft on a 15-year term.
