Colliers expands in Brindleyplace
Colliers CRE has taken a further 1,100 sq ft on the 12th floor at Eleven Brindleyplace. The news coincides with the continued expansion of its corporate recovery, valuation and rating teams. David Smeeton, Colliers CRE head in Birmingham, said: “We desperately need this additional space to allow us to grow and expand the business further over the next 12 months. This takes our enlarged new floor area to 6,700 sq ft with the option to take the rest of the top floor later in the year.”
