Stratford shed up for sale
Edward Symmons has been appointed to sell one of the largest industrial premises in Stratford-upon-Avon. The property on Masons Road, which totals more than 100,000 sq ft, is being sold on behalf of the Joint Law of Property Act Receivers. Tim Simmons of Edward Symmons said: “This offers a rare opportunity to acquire a major industrial site in a well-established industrial location.” The agents are quoting an asking price of £1.45m.
