FHP gears up for Broadmarsh refurb
Commercial property agent Fisher Hargreaves Proctor (FHP), charged with marketing Nottingham’s much-maligned Broadmarsh shopping centre, has said that there will be “a number of exciting announcements with the next eight to 12 weeks” regarding the mall. Westfield, which owns the Broadmarsh, is rumoured to be starting the long-awaited refurbishment and reconfiguration of the shopping centre this year. FHP has also promoted Steve Young to associate partner within its retail and leisure department.
