Third time lucky for Goold Estates

Share | |

Property company Goold Estates has finally bought the Black Country Estate where it is based, acquiring the £275,000 Deansbank Centre in its third attempt to by the 5,000 sq ft industrial premises at Fairground Way in Walsall. The block of four units is adjacent to Goold’s head office, and the purchase will enable the company to progress with a plan to carry out phased improvements on the estate. Three of the units have existing tenants – a packaging company and a vehicle and cycle workshop centre working with young people. Goold says he is confident the remaining 1,000 sq ft unit will be let in the near future.
