Invista buys Barclays HQ
Invista Real Estate Investment Management has bought the 126,563 sq ft Barclays Bank regional headquarters in Coventry from Telereal Trillium for £20.2m. Lambert Smith Hampton secured the deal for the vendor. John Dillon, director within the office agency team of LSH’s Birmingham office, said: “This is further illustration that the investment market now sees Coventry as an established office location.” Franc Warwick acted for Invista.
