Final unit sold at Wildwood
The final unit at Worcester’s largest speculative office development – the 40,000 sq ft, £8m Wildwood Triangle – has been sold. Unit 2 has been purchased by Zurich Pension Trustees, on behalf of Medical Imaging UK, in a deal negotiated by Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH).
