Cranes go up at Bournville College
Building work on the new £66m Bournville College in Birmingham is progressing with the first two of three 30-metre cranes being moved onto site this week as contractor Shepherd Construction prepares to erect the structure’s steel and concrete frame. The construction of the 250,000 sq ft college, on behalf of regeneration specialist St Modwen, marks the first phase of the £100m town centre proposed for Longbridge North.
