Trebor sweet on public-sector projects
Birmingham-based Trebor Developments has announced it is forging ahead with two major public-sector projects. Together with Wrenbridge Land, it is currently working in partnership with landowner Dacorum Borough Council on a 3-acre innovation and industrial scheme that forms part of Axis Point in Hemel Hempstead. It has also formed part of a team, which includes property consultancy Savills and Pick Everard, working on a project for Cambridgeshire Police Authority. Managing partner Bob Tattrie said: “It is incredibly satisfying to be involved in the progress of two key regeneration projects.”
