Watson agreed a funding package from NatWest as part of the government-backed Enterprise Finance Guarantee Scheme (EFG) to fund the acquisition. The addition of Real Estate Services, which is based in Bedford, will expand Watson’s coverage and increases its focus on the residential property market.
