College gig for Flint Bishop
East Midlands law firm Flint Bishop has been appointed legal services provider for the proposed redevelopment of Chesterfield College. Its construction team, headed by Thomas Jacobs, will be involved in the various stages of the redevelopment of the main campus on Infirmary Road. The firm will initially be providing legal services for the appointment of consultants. Thereafter, it will assist with legal services involved in arranging building contractors for each stage of the development process. Additional legal services in relation to funding, planning and property transactions will be provided in due course.
