Eight in at Pleasley Vale
Innes England’s Nottingham agency team has completed eight recent lettings at the Pleasley Vale Business Park in Mansfield. Those who have taken space within the former mill include RJR Technical, Freedom Care Services, Cyberspares, Commlink, L & M Plastics, Eventure Print and Angelic Realms. Most recently, Bladen Box, a packaging design and supply company, expanded to take on further office accommodation within the centre. In addition, larger public-sector organisations including Nottingham County Council and the Nottinghamshire Primary Care Trust have all taken short lettings. Mark Tomlinson, surveyor at Innes England, said: “There continues to be good demand for the right type of space.”
