Bolton Brass acquired
Walsall’s Bolton Brass has been acquired by Foxaccess Co for an undisclosed sum. Bolton Brass is the brass division of the Bolton Metals Group, which is based in London and manufactures copper, bronze and brass products. Dechert, KPMG and Birmingham’s BDO Stoy Hayward Corporate Finance advised the Bolton Metals Group, and Weightmans advised Foxaccess. In the year to 30 April 2009, Bolton Brass made a loss of £7.1m.
