Land ahoy in Leicester
The land at Hoods Close on the Ashton Business Park, Beaumont Leys, was initially reserved only for firms relocating to make way for regeneration projects, but marketing and inward investment body Prospect Leicestershire will now consider making the site available to any businesses wanting to expand in Leicester. Plots are available for purchase starting from 0.5 acres on the 6.5-acre site, which is owned by the Homes and Communities Agency. Hiren Vaitha, development manager at Prospect Leicestershire, said: “This site has all the infrastructure in place for incoming companies to develop on the land.”
