99p Stores doubles up at Park Pineham
ProLogis has let a 372,571 sq ft warehouse to discount retailer 99p Stores at ProLogis Park Pineham in Northampton. 99p Stores will more than double its existing distribution warehousing space at its current location at ProLogis Park in Daventry, where it has been since 2005. Andy Griffiths, managing director of ProLogis UK, said: “99p Stores has been flourishing in the downturn, and we are pleased to be part of their success.” Nadir Lalani, chief executive of 99p Stores, added: “We are looking forward to moving into our new energy-efficient building, which will enable us to make significant operational savings. Every penny counts at 99p Stores.” Proteus Property acted for 99p Stores, while Burbage Realty and Readings Hope & Mann acted for ProLogis.
