Innes England does Grace a favour
The former labour exchange on Nottingham’s Castle Boulevard has been sold to a church. Agents Innes England has signed a deal for 1 Castle Boulevard in Nottingham city centre on behalf of its retained clients, Grace Church. The 1930s three-storey building, totalling 13,500 sq ft, was previously used as the employment exchange, and has stood vacant for some time. Since the acquisition, the building has been renamed The Ministry. FHP acted on behalf of the unnamed vendor.
