Share | |

The University of Nottingham has acquired the 2.9-acre former Dairy Crest sites to add to its growing land bank at the University of Nottingham Innovation Park (UNIP) at Jubilee campus. A number of new-build projects are planned for the Innovation Park, off Triumph Road, which will see significant development over the next 18 months. The UNIP now stands at 15 acres of key development land. Jo Derbyshire, operations manager at UNIP, said: “A number of further plots are available for new-build projects, where appropriate partners and tenants are identified, and UNIP is also in negotiations for further acquisitions around the site.”
