Church takes a pew at former MFI store

Cornerstone Church has bought the 31,445 sq ft former MFI store and site on Castle Boulevard, Nottingham, for £2.75m. Paul Couchman, building project manager for Cornerstone Church, said that work has now begun on designs for a new Church building to accommodate a Sunday congregation of more than 700 people and provide facilities for various Church activities throughout the week. FHP acted for Cornerstone Church, while NG Chartered Surveyors acted for the vendor.
