Chartwell bring spec-built units to market
Chartwell Properties has finished its speculatively built industrial scheme at Rani Business Park in Basford, a scheme of B1/B8 units ranging in size from 4,650 sq ft to 9,275 sq ft. Jonathon Seddon of marketing agent NG Chartered Surveyors said: “We’re bringing something different to the local market. The units have been built with an asymmetric portal frame giving them a higher than usual 7.5m maximum eaves height, thereby enabling occupiers to take advantage of the additional space with either mezzanine levels or racking. They also include photovoltaic panels on the roof, which will substantially reduce the running costs of the units.”
