Planning sought for phase two of Southglade
A planning application has been submitted to Nottingham City Council for the second phase of the Southglade Food Park on Hucknall Road in the city. The application, submitted by Newark-based consultancy RPS, outlines plans for a further 12 units aimed at food and drink start-up companies. The first phase of the scheme saw ten units being built, with Emda, in partnership with the Greater Nottingham Partnership, stumping up £2.8m. The rest of the money for the scheme is coming from Europe.
