Has bought Arc International’s distribution business, Arc International Tableware UK (AITUK), in a multimillion-pound deal.
What does this mean?
Arc International markets tableware brands such as Pyrex and Chef & Sommelier in more than 160 countries. The €1.2bn business, headquartered in France, says it will continue to work with AITUK by supplying its products in the UK.
