Mowbray House attracts offers
Property consultant King Sturge has confirmed that it has received one offer and is expecting another on HM Revenue and Customs’ Mowbray House in Nottingham. The building, some 59,864 sq ft of Grade A office space, is being sold by Guernsey property company Mapeley. King Sturge said the two offers are from property companies. Mowbray House is one of six office buildings on the Castle Meadow campus.
