Legal body confirms Baskerville House move
In one of the worst-kept secrets in recent Birmingham commercial property sector history, the Legal Ombudsman has signed a deal to take 40,000 sq ft of Grade A space at Targetfollow’s Baskerville House office development. The new ombudsman scheme for legal services is being set up by the Office for Legal Complaints under the Legal Services Act. It will occupy the fifth and sixth floors of the building from early May. The move is expected to bring up to 350 new jobs to Birmingham. Joint agents on Baskerville House are Jones Lang LaSalle and CB Richard Ellis. DTZ acted on behalf of the Legal Ombudsman.
