Invista invests in West Bromwich
Invista Foundation Property Trust has boosted its portfolio after buying an office development in the West Midlands. The Guernsey fund has bought a Stoford-built development in West Bromwich, which will be let to BT for £15m. On completion, BT will take the property on a 15-year lease, without tenant options to break, at an initial rent of £1.2m per year.
