Coventry needs “innovation and sustainability”
Innovation and sustainability will play a key role if further government departments are to relocate to Coventry, a major development firm has said. MCD Developments, based in the Midlands, believes that to continue to attract government departments, the city needs to maintain its green credentials. Jennifer Price, development executive of MCD Developments, said: “Innovation and sustainability are at the forefront of what we do and have become a requirement for many people wishing to take new office space. In order to move Coventry forward and to attract government departments from London, this type of building and development needs to be readily available, encouraging more people to come to city.”
