Catalyst advises on NB sale
Catalyst Corporate Finance has advised on the sale of NB Real Estate to Capita for £20m. Andy Currie and Simon Peacock from the Birmingham office of Catalyst Corporate Finance were heavily involved in bringing the deal to a successful conclusion. NB, which has bases in London, Edinburgh and Manchester, is one of the largest outsourced commercial property services managers in the UK. London-based Capita is a FTSE 100 company that specialises in business process outsourcing.
