Threadneedle buys into Nottingham

Threadneedle has bought John Webster House on Nottingham Business Park for £2.8m from Royal Liver. The 14,822 sq ft self-contained office building with 61 car parking spaces is let to Centres for Assisted Reproduction, trading as CARE Facility, on a term expiring in 2020. Jones Lang LaSalle acted for Threadneedle on the deal. CB Richard Ellis represented Royal Liver.
