New letting at Livery Place
ICT recruitment specialist Executive Resource Group (ERG) has taken 2,400 sq ft at Highcross’ Livery Place in Birmingham’s business district. ERG has refurbished the new ground-floor accommodation and has plans to expand further, seeking three new trainee recruitment consultants in the first instance. Managing director, John Morse said: “Livery Place’s location in the hub of the city’s business area, the high specification and standard of the office and the increased space to meet our expansion plans was exactly what the business needed.” ERG has taken a five-year lease at the 60,000 sq ft office building.
