RICS reports Farmland price rise
West Midlands farmland prices are on the up, says property industry body RICS in its latest rural market survey. Farmland has once again became an attractive investment, and landowners’ reluctance to sell pushed supply to exceptionally low levels, RICS reports in its latest rural market survey, published today. Some 47 percent more chartered surveyors in the West Midlands saw demand for commercial land rise rather than fall in the six months to December last year.
