FHP hits new heights
Health and safety business Tetra Consulting has taken 2,792 sq ft of space at Unit 7 Secuirparc, Wimsey Way, Alfreton on a six-year lease. Jonathan Sayer, surveyor at Fisher Hargreaves Proctor, which agreed the letting on behalf of the landlord, said: “It was very pleasing to start 2010 with the completion of this letting to Tetra Consulting. The high-quality well-specified unit is ideal for Tetra and we hope it will prove a home to them for many years to come.” The premises at Alfreton will act as a training centre for the Tetra Working at Height division.
