Seddon renews £19.5m contract
Stoke contractor Seddon Property Services has renewed its painting and maintenance contract, valued at £19.5m, with Places For People. The four-year partnering agreement involves cyclical maintenance carried out under a major works programme across thousands of social housing properties managed by the organisation, one of the largest social housing, development and regeneration companies in the UK. Neil Hand, joint managing director of Seddon Property Services, said: “This partnering agreement will provide sustainability to the local communities by providing job security for existing staff and further employment opportunities for local people.”
