The acquisition of the Beckenham, Kent firm has been implemented under a court-approved scheme of arrangement. ADP has agreed an offer of 10.5p per ordinary share for OneClickHR shareholders.

ADP reported revenues of $2.2bn for the quarter ended 31 December, It has approximately 570,000 clients worldwide. Wragge & Co has advised the company for a number of years, including acting on its cross-border acquisition of the Kerridge Group in 2005.
