Crown makes move
Crown Speciality Packaging has taken a 128,000 sq ft factory and warehouse at Crown Farm Way in Mansfield just a week after securing a £500,000 grant from Emda. The company is currently fitting out the unit before occupation; it will relocate from its existing factory at Rock Valley near the centre of Mansfield over the next two months. Fisher Hargreaves Proctor acted for the landlords, while Jones Lang LaSalle’s Manchester office acted on behalf of Crown.
